As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to O&B standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service
  • Upsell and promote menu items, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • SmartServe certification
  • Proven experience as a bartender for at least 6 months
  • Enrolled or completed a Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and/or Special Events program (asset)
  • Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge required
  • WSET certification preferred but not required
  • Passion for food, beverage, and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move beer kegs, liquor, and wine boxes
