About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Goldsmith to join our team at 1000043293 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Creation: Design and create intricate metal jewelry, utensils, and other objects using various techniques and materials.
  • Crafting Techniques: Demonstrate and teach crafting techniques to apprentices and other artisans.
  • Product Development: Develop and produce high-quality carvings from wood, stone, and other materials.
  • Business Operations: Assist in organizing day-to-day business operations, including sales and customer service.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor apprentices or other artisans to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, 20/20 vision, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
