Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our restaurant.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Quality Control

Inspect and taste our dishes to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Staff Development

Provide training and development opportunities to our kitchen staff to help them improve their skills and advance their careers.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with overtime required.

Physical Capabilities

Physically demanding with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
