About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Laborer to join our team at Gobind Farms Inc. As a Farm Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, Cultivate, and Irrigate Crops: Plant seeds, cultivate crops, and irrigate them as needed to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Fertilize and Spray Crops: Apply fertilizers and pesticides to crops to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvest Crops: Harvest crops at the right time to ensure maximum quality and yield.
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Work Environment

As a Farm Laborer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and be physically fit to perform the demands of the job.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
