Facility Maintenance Supervisor

As a Facility Maintenance Supervisor at Colen Grace Cleaning Company Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our facilities.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Advise on or arrange for additional services needed, including painting, repairs, renovations, or the replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Develop and establish work schedules for staff.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
