This role will heavily focus on building machine learning models to drive business growth and customer engagement. As a Senior Data Scientist at Launch Potato, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our data science team and will be an instrumental resource in building a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
You will design and oversee integrating state-of-the-art machine learning solutions across the company's products, utilizing Large Language Models in content personalization across various verticals. This role will be responsible for strategic planning of Machine Learning initiatives with the Product, Engineering, Performance and Business Intelligence teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning solutions to drive business growth and customer engagement
- Lead the development of Large Language Models for content personalization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement Machine Learning initiatives
- Provide data science support at different project stages, including the implementation of ML solutions
- Manage a team of data scientists and machine learning researchers, including career development
Requirements:
- 4+ years of related work experience in the field of Data Science & Machine Learning
- Solid background in Machine Learning and Statistics
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and working with Data Science tools
- Experience with data visualization and managing a team of data scientists
- Ability to communicate clearly, think independently, and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
