Pascal le boulanger inc is seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for baking high-quality bread products.
Key Responsibilities- Bread Production: Bake a variety of bread products, including artisan breads, baguettes, and other specialty breads.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all bread products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve baking skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Baker Trade Certification or equivalent.
- Work Conditions: Physically demanding work environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, and reliable with excellent teamwork skills.
- Free Parking: Free parking available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent full-time position.
- Work Language: French.
- Hours: 40 to 41 hours per week.
