Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Security Dispatcher to join our team at our National Control Center in Mississauga, ON. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and securing our branches and vehicles, issuing electronic lock codes, and responding to emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track sensitive information, including GPS, alarms, and emergency phone lines
  • Respond to emergency situations and incidents, implementing emergency response procedures and escalating to appropriate personnel
  • Manage access codes for vehicles, branches, and ATMs
  • Escalate GPS and tracking issues to GardaWorld IT and/or Fleet
  • Provide help desk functions and escalate security-related issues nationally
  • Ensure all company policies and standards are followed, including security procedures and operational protocols

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal command of French and English
  • Prior dispatch experience is an asset, but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, multitasking and making decisions
  • Organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with a strong team player attitude
  • Ability to prioritize work activities and meet objectives
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and customer service
  • Ability to protect confidential information
