Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager in a similar industry.
- General Motors experience is a significant asset.
- CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) is a key performance indicator for our department, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
- Mentorship, development, and motivation are essential skills for this role, as you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of service professionals.
- Profits speak louder than words, and you will be responsible for maximizing profitability for the department and increasing sales in service.
- Management comes naturally to you, and you will be responsible for managing service techs, detailers, service advisors, and other team members.
- Relationship building is a key aspect of this role, and you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, employees, and manufacturers.
- Tekion experience is a significant asset, but other system experience is also valuable.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive management experience is an asset.
- Operating inventory systems is an asset.
