Weed Man is among the leading lawn care providers in Canada, boasting over 50 years of industry experience. We offer more than just a job; we provide a pathway for career advancement for our team members.

Currently, we are in search of entry-level marketing representatives or outdoor lead generators who are ready to start their journey with us. Comprehensive training will be provided, making prior experience unnecessary. For those who demonstrate dedication and the ability to take on additional leadership roles, we have plans for your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Join our Marketing and Promotion Team to visit various residential areas during the designated season.
  2. Introduce yourself to potential residential clients and inquire if they would like a complimentary lawn care estimate.
  3. If the client expresses interest and signs the authorization form, that constitutes a lead. No sales are required, and there are no charges at the door.
  4. For those interested in advancing to a lawn care technician role (applying products to clients' lawns), there is an opportunity to continue working from the spring through the fall, creating a full-time position.
Qualifications:
  • Availability for full-time work, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
  • Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves considerable walking in various weather conditions.
  • A valid driver's license is a plus, though not mandatory.
