About the Role

Vitalyse Clinic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Objective Setting: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Policy Development: Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management committees and working groups.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Workplace Information: Hybrid work arrangement, permanent work term, English language, and 30 hours per week.
