Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
