Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at North Star Subs Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Lead and Manage Team Members

Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Reporting and Record Keeping

Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Personal Qualities

Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule

35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.

Language

English is the primary language of communication.
