Site Foreman

Position Title: Site Foreman - Demolition and Decontamination

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all operations on the job site in accordance with project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with the project timeline and collaborate effectively with the project manager.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper operation of site machinery and installations.
• Possess knowledge of relevant technologies, regulations, and quality benchmarks in decontamination processes (including asbestos and lead removal).
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
• Exhibit capabilities in stress management and control.
• Utilize computer software proficiently, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
