Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Three Hills Pharmacy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
- Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
- Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in Promotional Activities: Assist with in-store promotions, displays, and visual merchandising to drive sales and engage customers.
- Support Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, reconciling sales, and maintaining store security.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
