Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Concrete Finishing Specialist** to join our team at **Promax Concrete Ltd.** This role involves a variety of tasks related to the finishing of concrete surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Surface Preparation:** Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured concrete.
  • **Compaction:** Utilize power vibrators to effectively compact concrete.
  • **Surface Leveling:** Level the top surface of concrete according to specified grades and depths.
  • **Working at Heights:** Safely work on scaffolding or swing stages as required.
  • **Finishing Techniques:** Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
  • **Training:** Provide instruction and guidance to apprentices in the field.
  • **Curing Application:** Apply hardening and sealing components to ensure proper curing of surfaces.
  • **Repair Work:** Conduct repairs, resurfacing, and replacement of worn or damaged concrete structures.
  • **Cost Estimation:** Estimate materials and costs for projects.
  • **Blueprint Interpretation:** Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Qualifications
  • **Education:** No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • **Experience:** Willingness to train new employees.
  • **Employment Duration:** Permanent position.
