About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Swatch Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and embodying the Swatch brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Sales Generation: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Meet and exceed sales targets through exceptional product knowledge.
  • Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operational policies and procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time role, requiring 15 or more hours per week on average. You must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 15 hours a week, certain holidays, and blackout dates.

Requirements

  • Availability to work opening and closing shifts; flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and in team environments.
  • Results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Passion for sales and working in a fast-paced environment.

Professional Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
  • Experience working with POS systems.
