About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and psycho-social recovery of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in case conferences and case management
- Supervise Occupational Therapy students (as preferred)
Requirements:
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
- Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
- Ability to be autonomous; working both independently and as part of the team
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development and FCE Trained
