We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologist to join our team at Swan Hills Health Centre. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will be responsible for performing procedures in both the laboratory and diagnostic imaging departments.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze biological specimens
- Conduct X-ray examinations, ECGs, and report results
- Prepare patients for procedures, including venipuncture and micropuncture
- Maintain routine equipment and supplies, and perform quality control procedures as required
- Completion of a diploma from an accredited program in Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technology (CLXT)
- Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Combined Laboratory and X-ray Technologists (ACCLXT)
This is a regular full-time position with a 7.75 hour shift, 2 weeks in length, with 10 shifts per cycle. The shift pattern is days, with on-call requirements.
CompensationThe minimum salary for this position is $35.45 per hour, with a maximum salary of $46.69 per hour.
