Your Role:
As a Generative AI Security Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of robust security solutions tailored for generative AI applications and systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing comprehensive security architectures and frameworks for generative AI applications, including natural language generation, computer vision, and audio synthesis.
- Conducting thorough security assessments and audits of proposed generative AI systems to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Creating security control patterns and tools for generative AI systems, focusing on encryption, authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
- Researching and evaluating emerging security threats and trends within the generative AI landscape, proposing and implementing effective countermeasures.
- Collaborating with fellow security architects, engineers, developers, and analysts to ensure the security of generative AI systems throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Providing security guidance and training to generative AI teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices.
- Participating in the design, engineering, and deployment of generative AI-related projects, ensuring adherence to established patterns and scope.
- Evaluating requirements and controls from Cyber Governance and Operational Risk teams to ensure integrated security outcomes within IT and generative AI environments.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in security architecture and engineering, ideally within the generative AI domain.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, standards, and best practices, including OWASP, NIST, and ISO.
- Proficiency in security tools and techniques, such as cryptography, penetration testing, and threat modeling.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SANS, or OSCP are advantageous.
- Bilingualism is an asset, with a requirement for candidates located in specific regions to interact with English-speaking colleagues.
- Eligibility to work in Canada is essential.
