Job Title: Food Service Worker

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at Rhea Food Services Limited. As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our café.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
