Marketing Assistant

CTMS Travel Group is a leading corporate travel management company with a strong reputation for dedication and personal service, combined with a global reach.

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts across multiple brands and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email and social media promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging marketing content, such as newsletters, press releases, and creative assets.
  • Manage approvals and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Update and maintain the company's social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports and providing actionable insights.
  • Maintain and organize the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in a marketing role, including internships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience with social media platforms and tools, such as Hootsuite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • A passion for travel.
