About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to join our team at Spectrawise Consulting inc. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Assess and mitigate physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and quality of our software development lifecycle.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to design and develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and tests to ensure our software products and information systems meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of JavaOS, C++, programming languages, software development, and computer-aided design (CAD).
  • Experience with Python and ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities.
  • Commitment to creating a welcoming work environment for youth and developing relationships with indigenous communities.
