We are currently seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer to provide a full spectrum of legal services to clients of all sizes, across all industries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
* Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals
* Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to deliver high-quality legal services

**Requirements:**

* 10 or more years of practical experience in commercial law
* Strong knowledge of commercial law and agreements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
