Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at BSG Infotech Solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Design and implement information systems business solutions using Agile methodologies
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
