Job Description

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to lead our testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software quality control concepts and practices, as well as experience with test case management, requirements, and defect tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality software products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts
  • Design and implement test cases, scripts, and documentation
  • Analyze and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on testing best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Experience with test case management, requirements, and defect tracking tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with clinical software testing and healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of hospital/clinical systems, care delivery processes, clinical roles, policies, and standards
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
