Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Trudell Healthcare Solutions. As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing: Ensure all incoming inventory supplies and equipment are received and processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including storage and retrieval of products.
  • Return Authorization: Process return authorizations and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Inspections and Verification: Conduct regular inspections and verification of incoming goods to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, including proper storage and labeling of products.
  • Cycle Counts: Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as required, including inventory management and warehouse optimization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary school diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of related warehouse shipping and receiving experience preferred.
  • Skills: Competency with safe operation of forklifts, pallet trucks, and stretch wrappers; ability to use RF scanners and computerized shipping systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb, stand, and walk throughout the day; ability to lift up to 40 pounds and carry a maximum of 40 pounds.
