BrandTech Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled BrandTech Technician to join our team at BrandSafway. As a key member of our industrial services team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers across Canada.

• Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair BrandTech Precision Welding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Travel and Site Work: Travel to customer sites and BrandSafway locations throughout Canada, working in various industrial settings, including refineries, chemical plants, and fabrication shops.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Assist in the Quality Control Program, ensuring adherence to welding standards and specifications.
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of BrandTech consumables, anchors, and equipment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to colleagues and customers, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a technician in a technical field, with a strong understanding of welding processes and equipment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Physical Demands: Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and working in a dusty environment.
• Travel and Availability: Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time, with flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as required.
