We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Lion Automotive. This position requires a strong background in vehicle repair and maintenance.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a Registered Apprenticeship program.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in automotive service.
Work Environment
  • Typical conditions include dusty, dirty, hot, and noisy environments.
Job Setting
  • Work is primarily conducted in a garage setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with supervisors to assess repair or replacement requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical units to identify faults.
  • Evaluate automotive systems and components.
  • Make adjustments, repairs, or replacements of parts and components as necessary.
  • Monitor and follow up on work orders.
  • Offer product or service recommendations to clients.
Certifications
  • Possession of an Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate is required.
Security and Safety
  • A driving record check is mandatory.
Transportation Requirements
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle.
Employment Requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • This is a permanent position.
  • Proficiency in the English language is essential.
Work Schedule
  • Expected work hours range from 70 to 95 hours bi-weekly.
