Nurse Practitioner

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide nursing care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
* Conduct assessments, administer medications, and provide wound care as needed
* Educate clients and their families on health management and disease prevention
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities
* CPR and First Aid certification
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
