Marketing Manager Job Description

At OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement and Evaluation: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
