About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our clinic, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Administer pre-testing services and communicate effectively with patients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards, utilizing your charisma and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements
  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of comfort using technology and computers, with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
