About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Software Engineer to join our team at STX. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and releasing high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mobile App Development: Develop and maintain native mobile applications for both iOS and Android devices, ensuring seamless user experiences and high-performance functionality.
  • Build Pipelines: Automate build pipelines for iOS and Android development, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.
  • Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and code reviews, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Founders, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Architects, to understand technical requirements and drive product development.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and tools, and apply this knowledge to improve our mobile applications.
Requirements
  • Mobile Development Experience: 5+ years of experience in native mobile development for iOS, and 3+ years of experience in native mobile development for Android.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Payments, Web Sockets, and GraphQL.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with sprint process and agile principles, including usage of JIRA.
  • Startup Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
