About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Factory Maintenance Mechanic Helper to join our team at Golden Happiness Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and repair of factory equipment, including tools, machinery, and other materials.
  • Site Safety: Help to maintain a safe working environment by signaling safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
  • Support to Tradespersons: Provide assistance to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Dependability: Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and reliability in your work.
  • Flexibility: Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work, able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
