Job Title: Safety Specialist

At Ferrovial Agroman SA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Specialist to join our team. As a Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify potential hazards and implement control measures to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify and address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to minimize the impact of potential hazards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or higher in a safety-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
