Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Radiation Technologist to join our team at the Shuswap Lake General Hospital in Salmon Arm, BC. This is a casual opportunity with variable hours, including short-notice, on-call shifts and/or blocks of scheduled shifts to cover leaves of absence. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply for regular employment positions within the internal recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

The Medical Radiography Technologist will perform radiographic/fluoroscopic, CT scans and related duties in conjunction with radiologists, physicians and other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will work in a busy facility with a large patient draw, capturing the needs of several surrounding communities.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program
  • Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
