We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Home Builder - Project Manager to join our team at DC& F Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations

Assess and improve the efficiency of our daily operations to ensure seamless project execution.

Inspect Subcontractor Work

Conduct regular site visits to inspect subcontractor work, ensuring quality and conformity with plans and specifications.

Plan and Manage Budgets

Develop and implement comprehensive financial and operating plans to meet project objectives.

Develop and Implement Financial and Operating Plans

Work closely with our team to create and execute financial and operating plans that drive project success.

Work with Customers, Architects, and Engineers

Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure plans and specifications meet their needs and expectations.

Prepare Project Schedules

Develop and maintain accurate project schedules to ensure timely completion and meet deadlines.

Write Progress Reports

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting project achievements and areas for improvement.

Coordinate Work Activities

Oversee and coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, architecture, or engineering.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of project management success.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Hours

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
