The Opportunity

The Senior ML Engineer - GenAI, MLOps, LLMOps is responsible for developing innovative Generative AI solutions in collaboration with data science and IT teams. The role's primary responsibility is to build GenAI solutions with sound architecture, effective MLOps/LLMOps processes and comprehensive controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop and implement generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems and deliver business value.
  • Work in collaboration with architects and platform engineers to build a high-performance environment where data scientists and engineers develop GenAI solutions in a timely manner and deploy them efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and problem-solving support to project teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, and evaluate their potential applications to improve our AI engineering processes.
  • Drive the adoption of ML Ops practices within the GenAI engineering team, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment of GenAI solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the GenAI engineering team.
  • Apply best practices for API development including the use of authentication and authorization protocols to ensure data privacy and security, and facilitate seamless integration of AI/ML solutions with other systems.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in implementing and productionizing ML projects end-to-end including MLOps and Model Marketplaces.
  • Experience with building microservice based architecture for GenAI solutions.
  • Experience in working with large-scale data sources in complex environments, and implementing scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.
  • Expert knowledge in cloud platforms, especially Azure, in the context of GenAI solution development and deployment, and common tools in data science.
  • Solid understanding of generative AI models and algorithms, and their applications in solving complex business problems.
