Soccer Coach Role

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Soccer Coach to join our team at Vaughan Soccer Club Inc.. This position requires a strong commitment to athlete development and a passion for the sport.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in coaching or related fields.
Work Environment
  • Focus on soccer training and development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Design, execute, and oversee training sessions and practice plans.
  • Engage in coaching clinics to enhance instructional skills.
  • Assess and review the performance of athletes and teams.
  • Scout and evaluate potential athletes' abilities and performance metrics.
  • Conduct effective training sessions tailored to athlete needs.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to athletes.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Current CPR Certification is required.
Safety and Security
  • A criminal record check will be necessary.
Transportation Requirements
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Personal transportation is required.
Physical and Work Conditions
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods is essential.
