About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ontario Land Surveyor Lead to join our Geomatics team at Stantec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring accurate data collection and processing, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Geomatics, surveying, and mapping services projects from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise
Requirements
  • Professional designation as an Ontario Land Surveyor
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Geomatics, surveying, or a related field
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
