Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Tigh Na Mara Seaside Spa Resort & Conference Centre.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
