Position Summary

The Flowback Operations Supervisor will work closely with other supervisors and management to deliver leadership and oversight for both shop and field operations. This role involves direct interaction with customers and sales personnel to ensure that work is scheduled effectively to meet client requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the flowback package is fully equipped with all necessary tools and spare parts according to the pre-deployment checklist, collaborating with field coordinators as per job specifications.
  • Supervise and/or execute the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment, while documenting all maintenance activities performed.
  • Oversee the repair, rebuilding, and maintenance of equipment, excluding welding or major engine repairs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and field repairs of equipment.
  • Conduct inspections, calibrations, and installations of equipment.
  • Maintain regular communication with customer representatives and management regarding job programs and operational parameters.
  • Report all incidents and accidents to the appropriate company officials and customer representatives.
  • Submit all required safety reports to management.
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Participate actively in all mandatory safety meetings.
  • Assist with logistics related to job execution.
  • Engage in training and mentorship responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular observations of crew members to ensure adherence to safe operating procedures and compliance with job specifications and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, including daily tickets, data collection, billing information, and chargebacks for field jobs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites and in the shop.
  • Perform pre- and post-job maintenance of equipment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Ability to supervise a shift of 3 to 4 crew members.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Dependable, with a strong work ethic and high integrity.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to travel overnight as required.
  • Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Computer literacy is required.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
