The Financial Investment Manager serves as a pivotal position within the organization, linking the finance division with the property sector and various brands for all expansion and development initiatives. This role primarily aims to deliver financial insights, analyses, and strategic guidance to facilitate informed decision-making and propel the business forward with future capital investments.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conducting regular evaluations on project feasibility to identify trends, opportunities, and risks at a gross profit level. Preparing and presenting financial reports and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Developing the capital expenditure forecast in alignment with the company's cash flow forecasting process and preparing budgets for future financial years.
- Financial Modelling: Collaborating with project leaders, Operations, and Commercial Analysts to create comprehensive models for investment appraisals, ensuring payback periods and IRR thresholds meet expectations.
- Post Completion Reviews: Evaluating the performance of all capital expenditure projects and providing insightful analyses to highlight outcomes while also guiding future projects.
- ADHOC Reporting & Project Work: Supporting the business with various reporting and project tasks as needed.

- Part Qualified Accountant status
