  • Performance Analysis and Adaptation: Continuously monitor and analyze market and sales performance, adapting buying strategies to optimize results.
  • Communication of Buying Insights: Effectively communicate buying insights and product knowledge across the organization, tailoring the information for specific teams such as marketing, in-store retail associates, and the e-commerce team.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor operational aspects including markdown strategies, inventory control, and general administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years Buying and Budget Management experience in aspects such as assortment strategy, physical and digital merchandising planning, and execution.
  • Financial planning and budgeting experience, including budget and open-to-buy budget management.
  • Vendor management experience, including analysis and inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Project Management skills (preferred).

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft 365 Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (advanced).
  • Workflow management tools such as Asana (preferred).
  • Shopify platform (working to proficient).
  • Performance and dashboard reporting (preferred).
