Assistant Manager

Rainbow Gas Shell is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the store.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
The Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be energetic, and have excellent time management skills.
