Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Skills: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management systems.
