Quality Manager

At Smartrend Manufacturing Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional quality in our products and services. As a Quality Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our quality initiatives and ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality control issues and improve quality assurance procedures
  • Collaborate with vendors and customers to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting to track progress
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role in a manufacturing setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • In-depth understanding of quality procedures and regulations
  • Ability to travel within Canada, the USA, and internationally
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
  • Annual bonus of 15% based on performance metrics
