Job Overview

Catholic Independent Schools of Vancouver Archdiocese is seeking a dedicated and passionate Grade 3 and 4 teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and mentor students in a Grade 3 and 4 classroom setting, fostering a love of learning and promoting academic excellence.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the CISVA Christian Education Curriculum and the BC Ministry of Education Curriculum.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Nurture students' cognitive, social, and emotional growth, empowering them to become active agents of their own learning.

Requirements

  • BC Teaching Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a Christian school environment an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
