Seeking a Reliable Superintendent for a Lodging House

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable superintendent to join our team at A Lodging House. As a superintendent, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our 13 bedroom lodging house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the daily cleaning of common areas, including the kitchen, washrooms, and other communal spaces.
  • Take care of garbage disposal and ensure it is placed at the curb on collection days.
  • Perform routine general maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Assist with lawn mowing and snow shoveling during the respective seasons.
  • Fill up the water softener as required.
  • Monitor the security camera system and provide assistance to other lodgers as needed.

Important Notes:

  • This is a non-salaried position, with free accommodation provided to the successful candidate.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to spend approximately 4-5 hours per week on maintenance tasks, with the flexibility to pursue other part-time work or jobs.
