Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Press Brake Operator to join our team at APS Metal Industries. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment in the metal product fabrication sector.

Experience
  • 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Work Environment
  • Metal product fabrication industry
  • Sheet metal workshop
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect products for accuracy in shapes, dimensions, and specifications
  • Maintain and lubricate machinery and equipment
  • Manipulate metal stock through cutting, bending, rolling, reaming, punching, drilling, welding, and shaping
  • Diagnose issues and perform minor repairs
  • Set up and operate various metalworking machines
  • Utilize presses and forging machines for hot or cold shaping of metal
  • Adjust dies on forging machinery
  • Interpret specifications and follow instructions
